Git - Include object properties

Currently the cube object in the json file only includes the external (visible) dimensional order, not the internal one. If I change the order internal order in DEV there's no way I can get it to the repo thus unable to migrate the change to another tm1 instance. We can do this either manually or by executing REST API's manually (through TM1py mostly) to change dimensional order but, realistically, this should be cover within the json file as it is as much of a property of the cube as the visible order too.

This change has been implemented in Planning Analytics Engine (TM1 v12). The same change is not planned for the existing TM1 v11 database.

Note that the change in v12 is a result of the object properties being moved to be ODATA properties of the object instead of data in cubes such as }CubeProperties and }DimensionProperties.
