Automate logon on the cloud

There is currently no way to automate the logon to the cloud in the API for PAx. Therefore, I cannot fully automate the generation and dissemination of Excel reports that use Planning Analytics On-Demand. It has to be a person's daily task to open Excel, Logon to TM1, and run the macro that generates and emails a daily report. This is suboptimal because people might forget to do it, do it at different times, require duplicative permissions, etc. Further, it prevents me from scheduling and fully automating daily reporting.

    We would like the same functionality. Ability to write VBA or python scripts to call the server and login via a service account on the cloud server. Simple process of calling Excel, login into PA, open workbook, refresh workbook, save workbook and log out of PA. This used to be possible with the On-Prem server. It would help us to upscale automation of our internal reporting without a massive overhaul of the files and the way they receive data. Giving a large amount of out of hours time back to the associates.
