Possibilities to choose date from calendar on string values

We have a cube with four dimensions. First is Project dimension where we have 3 levels (0,1 and 2). Levels 1 and 2 are consolidated.
The second dimension has two elements which represent dates (Start Date and End Date).
The third dimension is like Project dimension (3 levels).
The fourth dimension is simple. It has just four string elements. First, it was simple (numeric), but we need to write/pick dates in our cube on every level, not just for level 0. So, we need to make our elements string.
And this works if we want picklist. But, we need to have a calendar on our dates columns, not a picklist. 
We added the fifth element in our fourth dimension and it was a simple type, but we can not write/pick dates in our calendar on the consolidation level. 

We tried that on Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) but we always get an error message that we can not put data on consolidation level.

We also tried to pick dates from calendar just for level 0, but PAW will summarize wrong dates on consolidation level. 

Example: If we select 14.12.2018. and 15.12.2018. on level 0, we got Date 29.11.2137. for level 1.
