Folders in Cube Views

Add the functionality of creating public folders in cube views to avoid clutter in the cube view root, categorize view types, and enable more collaboration.
The current practice of using application folders enables view sharing and view categorization but creates clutter in the cube view root. For example, a General Ledger cube that is shared by the Accounting and FP&A group can have hundreds of views for the different Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. The FP&A users will have a hard time locating views that are specifically used for their purposes. Having the file folder system solves this problem.
Using Private views on the other hand, stifles collaboration as other users will not know what others have built. Additionally, passing spreadsheets built using private views or making administrators convert private views to public views is inefficient not to mention also still causes clutter.

This capability is addressed in the PA Content store where views can be saved into folders and shared selectively.
