Better Front End

IBM have developed a number of front ends.
TM1 Web has the limitation of same column width all the way down, poor Action Button based user interface, dubious rendering, etc. The need to generate HTML from an Excel sheet is never going to give a good response.
PAW is too limited and for most scenarios you need to resort to embedding a TM1 Web sheet - see above.
Cognos Insight has not found favour and is not web based.
Anything based on Cognos Analytics is too limited as it is reporting only and most Planning Analytics applications require data entry.

    IBM have been saying that for 4 years. We still cannot synchronise workbook selections with parameters to an Action Button.

    Workspace will continue to evolve to be a fully functional and graphically rich planning interface.
