Interested to learn more about the PAfE Universal report (Q3 2023)
Hoping that this feature provides the full flexibility of the Dynamic and Custom Reports, is supported by PA Spreadsheet Services, as well as supporting hierarchies.
Hierarchies will be fully supported in the upcoming PAfE Universal report (Q3 2023). This new report type will allow hierarchies to be used in many formulas (e.g TM1Set replacing SUBNM) but does not include a DBRW type formula.
The IBM Planning Analytics team does not intend to implement general hierarchy support for custom and dynamic reports.
When is this functionality going to be available? So many opportunities to use a hierarchy aware mode and they come grinding to a halt when we get to Excel integration in a DBRW
When is this functionality to be expected?
Being able to include hierarchies in DBRW function would really bring PAx to another level.
In PAW, we would like to combine the extraordinary feature of PAW of having hierarchies in views with the flexibility of Excel.
So please, IBM, put the development of this feature to high. Would be really appreciated.
