Changed status to 'Already exists'. It's very possible to place any hierarchy used in a cube in rows, columns, or title positions in the cube viewer widget. I suspect you are looking at the view that is created by default. This position of all hierarchies can be changed in the cubeview widget. The default row and column may be moved to other positions.
Views created in Workspace are saved to the Workspace content store and can be reused in multiple books in Workspace. IBM is looking at options to make these views more accessible to book authors.
