Manual inputs in a web sheet published to PAW always show green and need to refresh to save data

One of our clients has a manual sales plan input web sheet published in PAW. They recently raised an issue where a manual input in the sales $ line will always show as Green first. In cases where the users do not hit refresh button or they log off after the data entry, the input/green figures will disappear and no data will be saved.

This client side has started to raise more concerns about losing the data entry, as this relies heavily on the users to manually "save" the data by hitting a fresh button. 

Also when you manually enter data in a cube view it automatically turns black (saved) whereas when you manually enter data in PAX sheet deployed on paw it turns in to green first (which is not saved) and only if you hit refresh it turns black.
