Planning Analytics - Upload Group Membership

Within PAW, there is the ability to upload users via a CSV file and upload groups via a CSV file. However, assigning users to PAW groups is a manual exercise. Requesting the ability to upload group membership (i.e. mapping of which users belong to which groups) to limit the amount of manual effort that would go into maintaining group membership within PAW.
