Double Login Screen when using CAM authentication

We're using Cognos Analytics as authentication provider to access Planning Analytics Workspace. When the user is in Workspace and the session expires, he'd get double login screen. First, the bWorkspace native login screen appears and the user fills his details. Then the Cognos login screen appears and the user needs to fill his details again. Only then the user is logged in again and can continue in his work. This is frustrating as the users needs to fill their login details twice. The client raised ticket to IBM Support for this and was redirected here as according to support, this is not a bug and should be handled as request for enhancement.

    Not under consideration. This problem only happens when mixing and matching the authentication modes of PAW and TM1 databases. When using different authentication modes between components the timeouts must be managed separately.
