New system user creation, password reset and configuration change activities

Our pain point is that we need to perform re-deployment activity for container{pod} with downtime approx 15-20 min for specific use cases.

These are as follows:

1. Users. Creation of new system user and resetting of existing user's password.

2. System configuration. System configuration changes, for example changes to /etc/fstab, /etc/sysctl, etc.

3. Failover dependency. If we change root password on NPS host from the first node and we forget to redeployment activity, then we cannot login to the system with the root password because it would not reflect on the passive node.


However, it is not feasible to request for downtime for password reset and new user creation activities. Suppose any user reset the password and waiting for downtime for container {pod} re-deployment activity and unfortunately failover happened on system. In this case, user will not be able to login on system after the failover. If this scenario will be happening with root user and we can not manage the
