Hi QMF Team!
TLS 1.3 Support is being a key to increase more and more Security. According to IBM CISO at January of 2024 will be a requirement.
Reference: https://pages.github.ibm.com/ciso-psg/main/supplemental/acceptable_encryption.html#TLSVersions
Any plans with dates from Data Service developers to add support for TLSv1.3 ?
All tests have been worked over TLS1.3 under DB2 Servers, WAS data sources, DBeaver etc, however our customers really require QMF for z/OS tool since its a essential tool of its daily activities.
Appreciate any help!
Mauricio

TLS 1.3 support in QMF Data Service is planned in upcoming QMF release.
Is there an estimated release date for the upcoming version of QMF which will include TLS 1.3 security protocol? Currently the project to implement TLS 1.3 across software manufacturing and eDelivery services is on hold because we cannot implement TLS 1.3 in production on the mainframes without a version of QMF which supports TLS 1.3 .
