Support for Multi-Factor Authentication

Using a multi-factor authentication account (RSA token) when creating and configuring a shared repository and relational data source causes the user account to lock due to too many attempts using invalid credentials. Please implement support for MFA accounts in QMF

Sorry for the delayed response, we were gathering additional information from RSA.

What we have learned is that RSA has stopped offering RSA Auth MGR and are migrating customers to RSA IDPlus. This will allow them to support OAuth2, SAML2, and OIDC enabling MFA and SSO across applications.

With that said, we will not be moving forward with RSA AM as a standalone. Can you let us know your plans to move to RSA ID+? Support will be considered in a future release.

We are currently evaluating the inclusion of MFA, starting with Login, then moving to other areas.

Fully support the notion that any multi-user software needs to have advanced authentication capabilities. Ideally MFA.
