Heartbeat messages are not available in EP if using delimited format

1. As far as including schema changes in EP messages – at this time they don't have a pressing need so I would say you don't have to worry about that. However, they do want/need to see heartbeat messages. The manual says heartbeat messages are not available in EP if using delimited format. We need heartbeats to come through so the application knows that capture is current in the log (in case the source isn't making any updates). Will you be able to add heartbeats, and if so will there be some type of descriptor field that shows it is a heartbeat (rather than ISRT or DLET)? If this is possible, do you have a date when it would be available in the 1140 code?
2. The users definitely need the EP Commit_time to be 26 bytes. That's important to them. Sounds like you've agreed to do that… please let me know when you have a date of when that will be available in 1140 code.
