Improving QREP online operation

ABC(Agriculture Bank of China) have implemented A-A based on QREP. Due to its huge number of data volume, the maintenance related to A-A is extreme complex. The more easy operation of QREP the more maintenance convenience.
1. In some case, certain key parameters related to QM and QREP need to be altered but they can't take effect online(by now, the Capture or Apply related to altered parms must be restarted), just like trans_batch_sz, etc. We suggest the QREP and MQ key parameters can be take effect online.
2. The operation steps to adjust the table subscription from one CG to another one is complex(It need stop and restart QREP). We suggest IBM qrep lab can improve the subscription mechanism in order to make it true that adjusting the table subscription from one CG to another one online.
