Add Subscription Level Replication Statistics to the Product Functionality

In case of high QReplication workload its sometimes necessary to determine the causing table / subscription of this workload fast and efficient for Problem determination .

Currently workload Statistics are implemented at an Queue level (in Table IBMQREP_APPLYMON) , which is much to rough for this purpose as there might be several hundreds of Subscriptions per Queue .

It would be helpful to implement an Table for Monitoring Subscription Level activities for an determined interval Level which records apply activity on Subscription Level .

Also for historical reporting and planning / forcasting this data would be very helpful .
