Add Case Close Code attribute to Case history section in case investigation

The "Case history" table in cases only shows the "fraud status" assigned to a case not the case close code itself.

In case you have multiple case close codes with the same fraud status configured to them you can NOT discern - in the otherwise helpful table - WHY a case was actually closed. E.g. we have a few case clodes for "unknown" and "OK" case close codes. It would really by great to see this info directly in the case history.

The case history does store the case close code of course, it just isn't displayed in this table due to some unknown reasons.

It is also strange that the cases seem to only store a reference to the case close code and/or the fraud status attached to them. This means when you later change a fraud status of a case close code you change all cases in the history. Is this really intented? If yes it should not be possible to change a fraud status for case close codes that are currently used by cases (this 2nd part was also a defect).
