Add permissions for queries

In customer setups we usually have to define "system queries" to be used by jobs, case investigation, hyperlinks. It is a very common scenario when users change such queries to perform some searches and break the system setup- hyperlinks showing empty, etc.

Another scenario is in larger organizations such as payment providers and large banks with many departments. Most times they want to have queries defined in upper level mandators, these to be used in specific modules as case investigation but not to be accessible to users of departments/client institutions.

I suggest adding the possibility to mark queries as:

  • personal with access only for their creator

  • system with access only for admins of mandators

  • group with access for all who can access the mandator of the query

These groups should limit only visibility and ability to edit them in the Query menu of Investigation. Queries should be executable for everyone as now.
