upload/download feature for List within the model in AD

This is regarding an import or export feature for Lists (within the model). Previously we were using Risk Lists (on the Monitoring tab) and that has the capability to both upload and download its contents which made our weekly refresh and monthly audits incredibly smooth. But the disadvantage was that it exists outside our simulation environment and the entries being made live immediately was a big risk for us. As a result, we started using the Lists within the model early this year. We now have multiple lists for our team, and they are extremely useful.

Our ask is if the ability to upload and download a List entry can be added to AD. This would make our routine processes much simpler. As we start utilizing these lists even more, the number of entries per list have also grown further increasing the need to save or upload the contents of each list.
