More dynamic list criteria

In the simplest form, we are wanting to have one “hotlist” that is able to contain variables so we are able to only add/remove entries from that instead of managing multiple(possibly exponentially many depending on functionality) lists.

An Example of this could be to use VAA thresholds

Instead of having 20 hotlists in increments of 5 VAA score(0+, 5+, 10+, 15+, etc.) the idea would be to be able to contain all this data within 1 list. Our idea would be to concatenate then read the value such as:
05MID1234
10MIDXYZ
15MID5678

In this example, we would want to alert on transactions at Merchant ID ‘MID1234’ on any transactions with VAA >= 5 – ‘MIDXYZ’ on any transactions with VAA >= 10, etc.

This would be extremely helpful to drastically reduce the number of lists we need to manage if we wish to set different thresholds(VAA, amount, etc.) on merchants.
