Submitting spark applications without the use of spark-submit binary
We would like to be able to submit Spark applications from external client as follows: "java --classpath... --spark-master ...." without the use of spark-submit binary. We tested this approach with java SparkPi example by adding parameters spark url and spark-defaults.conf path. However, the example fails with the following key error: 16:14:55.052 [main] ERROR org.apache.spark.ui.SparkUI - Failed to bind SparkUI java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect at com.ibm.crypto.provider.JavaKeyStore.engineLoad(Unknown Source
Just a side note, self-contained python application works and accomplishes what we're looking, but developers specifically need this to work for Java applications.
