retrieve the list of applications for specified time period in spectrum conductor ASCD REST API call

Trying to use the below REST API call to get the list of spark applications for all instance groups for a specific time period. Like, all applications executed previous day, so from given submitted time to end time.

So wondering how to pass the query to retrieve the list of applications for specfic time period using below REST API call.

    This REST API is for retrieving list of SPark Instance Groups (not application) and a such it doesn't have any time-based information. For getting applications list please use
    GET 8643/platform/rest/conductor/v1/instances/applications API - this RESTful API allows to set time range as described in documentation reference here:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/spectrum-conductor/2.5.1?topic=reference-spectrum-conductor-restful-apis#getAllSparkApplications

    for example for time range you may use quary like this:
    /platform/rest/conductor/v1/instances/applications?submittedtime=<SUBMIT_TIME>&endtime=<END_TIME>
