customize PAC 10.2

1）应用中心：
a）用户体验至少要和我们一期PAC 9 一样。
b）Citrix集成部分需要添加注销功能：用户注销PAC时，同时注销Citrix。（这个功能一期PAC 9已经实现）
c）介绍下集成方法，以方便我们后续微调。

2）文件浏览权限：限制用户通过PAC浏览整个根文件系统，使得用户通过PAC只能浏览自己HOME下的文件。（此功能一期PAC 9 也已经实现）
a）PAC默认可以通过以下按钮浏览整个根文件系统：需要修改下代码限制用户只能访问自己的HOME
b）PAC 10.1新添加Data浏览功能，如下图所示：需要限制用户通过此按钮只能浏览$HOME/work
c）如果有其它地方，也需要一并限制。

3）其它附加功能。

a）禁止部分用户通过PAC将文件下载到本地。

    1) Application:
    a) Customer wants to have an icon view page including submission form and launch application together.
    b) About citrix integration: logout PAC should logout Citrix as well.
    2) browse file permission:
    a. PAC can browse all file system by default in file browser, want to limit to access $home only.
    b. limit user can only access $home/work dir in "Data" page.
    3). other
    forbid some users to download job output data.
