To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

We have considered this request and it is not something we are able to deliver in the future. If there is broad interest for this, it can be resubmitted in 18 months.
I see the comment from developer now - Checking each of the lsb.* files for ckconfig does not make sense when I am making edits only in one or two files.
I may be editing lsb.hosts file which may have 1000s of warnings for certain edit - such a warning is difficult to interpret and if there are some other warnings/errors for some other files, there are chances to miss that.
Having an ability to test only the certain file, gives clarity and helped in making clean edits.
Let me know if this does not help.
received an email that this request will be declined within 30 days - not sure what is needed to keep it valid request
Can you explain why just checking an individual config file, rather than them all has specific value?
The time taken to check all files is very quick, the time saving from checking just one would be minimal.
