Advanced pending reason.

When I check pending reason, jobs have strange pending reason.
I will explain with following example.

------------------------------------------------
A user submits some jobs to specified queue and user specifies a server with -m option of bsub command.
The queue has just one hostgroup and hostgroup has just 19 servers.
And then some jobs become PEND, so I check pending reason for that.

[root@xxx ~]# bjobs -u all -q q_test -w
JOBID USER STAT QUEUE FROM_HOST EXEC_HOST JOB_NAME SUBMIT_TIME
185334896 user PEND q_test ews1 - finesim_pro_mt Aug 6 17:32

PENDING REASONS:
The CPU utilization (ut) is beyond threshold: 89 hosts;

[root@xxx ~]# bqueues -l q_name
...
HOSTS: host_group/

As I say, even if host_group has just 19 servers and user specifies a server of them with -m option, why does LSF show strange pending reason as like that?

PENDING REASONS:
The CPU utilization (ut) is beyond threshold: 89 hosts;

89 hosts ?
I check 'bjobs -p -l job_id' and the hosts that are displayed for that reason.
But all host is not related with job, queue and host_group.

Does LSF need to show every pending reason to user?
Sometimes, these pending reason make users more confused.
So we need simple pending reasons that are related with the job.

    It is unclear from the information whether you are referring to LSF9 or LSF10 as they calculate & display pending reasons differently.
    If the pending reasons are incorrect then it should be addressed via a PMR.
