allow lsb.stream files to use data from already existing lsb.acct

If the lsb.stream file not generated or has been removed, LSF Explorer can't load the job data into ES.

Currently LSF Explorer doesn't have the functionality to load the data from lsb.acct files, but it is possible to re-generate lsb.stream file base on the lsb.acct files. Please develop a tool or functionality that allows LSF Explorer to use existing lsb.acct files

    Currently LSF Explorer doesn't have the functionality to load the data from lsb.acct files, but it is possible to re-generate lsb.stream file base on the lsb.acct files. We need a tool that can generate lsb.stream file.

    We don't clearly understand your request wrt to lsb.streams

    For a fresh install of Explorer this is the ability to import legacy lsb.acct files
