Automatic adding OS version as RESOURCE in lsload's output.

In LSF cluster, there are so many kind of OS version.
it is depend on EDA design cad tool version, because customer has so many kinds of OS version servers to run their application.
OS vendor releases new OS version frequently and sometimes, they buys new servers with new version.

At this time, customer has to modify lsf.cluster file to add OS version.
If there are a few servers, it is not matter.
But, if not, customer has to spend so much time.

Even if LSF supports to use OS version as LSF resource and LSF doesn't have any function to catch the OS automatically.

So, through the LSF has the function that can catch OS version, customer want to see OS version as resource in lsload's output.

As previously discussed, you can install the provided elim to provide the host os information at lim start, that can then be shown with lsload -o
