Even description can be put on flow and job level but would like to option to visualize on Canvas for documentation purposes.

Descriptions are supported at the flow and job level. Having these visible on the canvas at all times would potentially make it very cluttered as some customers insert quite a lot of text in the description.
One possible solution would be to allow the description text to appear as a pop-up when you mouse-over the job. Would that satisfy your request?
