Fix mysqltool.sh script

The mysqltool.sh which can be used for PAC database maintenance has several issues:

a) It seems to try to save databases that one apparently shouldn't (performance_schema) and fails with locking errors ("mysqldump: Got error: 1142: "SELECT,LOCK TABL command denied to user 'root'@'localhost' for table 'cond_instances'" when using LOCK TABLES")

b1) It doesn't do a good job in detecting the correct database service (mysql vs. mariadb). E.g. Mountpoints containing "mysql" in their name would lead the tool to think that mysql is running, even though it might be mariadb. Additionally systemd creates "ghost" service entries when there are unresolved service dependencies in other services. Such "thost" entries, too, can lead the tool to erroneously think that the database engine is mysql. Failing to detect the correct database engine leads to failure of the script

b2) Additionally the code to detect the correct database service is duplicated in the script. Fixing one instance and overlooking the other can lead the script to stop and physically remove the database w/o restoring it.

c) It doesn't take into account the MySQL/MariaDB configuration files in /etc/my.cnf.d/ (where e.g. LSF RTM creates his settings) and hence writes the new innodb settings into /etc/my.cnf where they are useless, because they are (or might be) overwritten by settings in /etc/my.cnf.d/server.cnf
