Make the `badmin` comments visible in tabular outputs

Several `badmin` subcommands allow to specify a comment using the -C option. However this comment cannot be printed in any of the `bhosts`, `bqueues` etc. tabular outputs (-w, -o, ...). The comment is only shown with the -l option, which generates an output which is not suited for quick overviews.

It would greatly improve the cluster overview for administrators if this was the case. I suggest the two following measures:

a) Make the comment a valid output field for the `bhosts`, `bqueues` ecc. "-o" option

b) Add an option (-C?) to `bhosts`, `bqueues` ecc. which adds the comment as additional column to the tabular output. Alternatively or additionally add an option (-W?) to `bhosts`, `bqueues` ecc. which displays host or queue information in wide format with the comment added as additional column.

We have a small enhancement project related to -C messages planned for Service Pack 10 - we will try to address this requirement as part of that project.
