Connect to existing Docker Job to get inside Container

Ability for a User to connect or attach to existing none interactive Job from terminal, that User schedule by bsub, to get access inside Docker Container.
This is to be able to troubleshoot from inside running Docker Container.

This is critical feature to enable troubleshooting for User flows that run as Docker Containers.
This is for debugging and diagnosis of a problematic job, which runs at Docker Container and isn't interactive.

For example in Kubernetes https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/kubectl/docker-cli-to-kubectl/#docker-attach
kubectl get pods
NAME READY STATUS RESTARTS AGE
nginx-app-5jyvm 1/1 Running 0 10m

kubectl attach -it nginx-app-5jyvm
...

It doesn't require User to be on the host, actually no User can ssh to Kubernetes Compute host
