Include EXIT_REASON as field in lsf_job_status index

Clear EXIT reason for all exited jobs is not present in lsf_job_acct index. There are already present fields like except_mask, exit_info, exit_status in lsf_job_acct through which we can calculate exit_reason but doing it at visualization layer needs a very strong visualizer like tableau or powerBI which are not supported with ES. with Kibana/grafana it's not feasible.

I suggest to add a precalculated EXIT_REASON field in lsf_job_acct index before indexing the data.
