Have launchTemplateId/Instance template for LSF Google Resource Connector work the same as if launching from Google cli/portal

Google LSF Resource Connector has the option to launch VMs based off Instance Template feature of GCP thru the launchTemplateId field in googleprov_templates.json. There is additional flexibility in being able to override settings defined in the Instance Template. For example, vmType could be changed to C2D even though the Instance Template defines it as N2D. This means there's no need to create multiple Iinstance Template with the only difference being the vmType.

This is also how it works in the Google Portal. A VM could be created using the instance template, but have to option to change a parameter of the instance template.

There is at least one option that works in the Google Portal when changed/overwritten, but does not work when overriding thru googleprov_templates.json. If the Instance Template has NVME attached, using imageId in googleprov_templates.json to override results in a VM that comes up with no NVME disks. Using the Google portal to create a VM using the same Instance Template and overrides the image is able to create a VM with NVME.
