hostcache auto-delete function in the mbatchd restart

Dynamic hosts remain in the cluster unless you intentionally remove them. And the manual related to it is as follows.
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/spectrum-lsf/10.1.0?topic=cluster-remove-dynamic-hosts
Suppose we delete the hostcache file, not modify some lines of the hostcache file.
And I confirmed that we need to restart the master lim and mbatchd.
In other words,
if delete "hostcache" file, not edit it, we can restart master lim directly after rm, then badmin mbdrestart.
rm hostcache
lsadmin limrestart
badmin mbdrestart
I have a request here.
As you know, when the mbatchd restarts, the scheduling stops during that time.
So instead of deleting hostcache and running badmin mbdrestart,
we want to delete hostcache when running badmin mbdrestart.
Because badmin mbdrestart needs to be run for different reasons (such as adding/deleting hosts).
In other words,
Rather than restarting mbatchd after deleting hostcache
When we run badmin mbdrestart, I would like to have the ability to delete hostcache before that.
ex)
LSF_REMOVE_HOSTCACHE=Y/N
Default N
When Y is selected, the hostcache file is deleted when badmin mbdrestart is executed.

Hosts will be automatically removed from the hostcache if the host is removed or is explicitly expired (using "lsadmin expire ...").
Deleting the hostcache itself would have detrimental effects on the overall cluster.

I concentrated on badmin mbdrestart by mistake.

When we run badmin mbdrestart, I hope there is a function that the hostcache is deleted first and the lim/mbatchd memory is cleared.
