Add Additional "stats" Table Metrics

For operations and KPI management, having some additional metrics in the various stats tables is important.  For our use here, it would be helpful to have the following metrics:

Pend Time Metrics: (eligible based upon job class not LSF setting)
* avgPendTime
* maxPendTime
* p25PendTime
* p50PendTime
* p75PendTime
* p95PendTime

Pending Memory Metrics:
* pendingMemory

Running Job Memory Metrics:
* runningReservedMemory
* runningMaxMemory
* runningCurMemory

Job Priorities (as in Priority over time)
* maxUserPriority
* avgUserPriority
* medianUserPriority

Being able to view these metrics, updated on 'optimistically' 5 minute interval in the various tables for the various clusters would be useful for the following metric classes:
