The existing licjsonpoller can be used to import data other license systems - the output from other license systems needs to be converted to a common json format.
There are two php examples for DSLS and LMX under RTM_TOP/rtm/lic/etc/pluggable that convert DSLS/LMX license usage information to json format for importing into RTM.
