Adding heterogeneous processing CPUs, GPUs and FPGA Accelerator for Spectrum LSF

In the near future we will need more advanced distributed heterogeneous processing , We think it is better to take into consideration the Intel oneAPI and other tools like oneDNN, oneDAL ,...etc.

It may need joining openPOWER foundation and IBM with the Intel oneAPI, i.e. joining Power10 or Power11 with the oneAPI.

Needed By Not sure -- Just thought it was cool

LSF already provides support for GPU's and FPGA's.

Your question seems more related to whether openPower will use Intel OneAPI -- which would be better addressed to the power PM team.
