Telemetry for LSF scheduler performance

LSF struggles in large farms with many running pending jobs and thousands of users in fairshare tree. LSF's struggle with heavy query activity is well documented. It would be great if LSF can provide telemetry on its own performance and what specific activity is causing it respond slow and what kinds of activities are bringing it to halt.

    Instead of perfmon, perflog, why not have something like netdata

    Why we should run something to get info, why not some solution already exists?

    Behaviour under query load varies from implementation to implementation, and how good (or bad) user behaviour is.

    badmin perfmon provides the telemetry on performance. which provide the key stats on how the scheduelr is behaving, and what is causing load
