Are you speaking of using something like either SAML2, ZeroTrust, or OpenID type of support with say MFA included?  Technically, this is possible today when using the OpenID Apache module that is available in some Linux distributions and even ZeroTrust from Microsoft.  However, the method to set it up needs to be documented.  I have personally performed this integration in customized RTM deployments for customers over the years.

Note that SAML2 is a bit of a problem and would require changes to either Cacti or RTM.  However, you should not be using it due to the SHA1 requirement in the authentication flow.  OpenID is the way to go in 2025.

    Regards,
