Olivier,
This makes sense to me especially when the user name spaces are different between the web login and the execution user, or in cases where you are only interested in a service account or a list of accounts that you are interested in. So, as a policy, you could add to all user drop-downs a custom option, the first entry in each drop-down after 'All' that requests a user filter something like "Subscribed Users", which would be a comma, or space delimited list of users that you have an interest in that could be saved in your user profile.
You would not set the select option unless the user specified it though. Easy enough to check of course.
This would have to be considered in conjunction with the Heuristics/JobIQ setting that says that the default view, if not already saved, should be the current login account. So, those settings would conflict, I would say as a workaround, if the "Subscribed Users" is set then use that in heuristics. If not set, use the Heuristics default, either none, the saved value or the login user on those pages.
Your Friend,
Larry
This request will not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy. We are looking for more feedback for this request through activities such as voting. We will update this request in the future.
