Feasibility to kill the jobs if they are submitted directly in the remote cluster for multi cluster scenario

We can see remote cluster jobs with "bjobs -m <clustername> ..." from another cluster that is a member of MC, no matter the jobs are forwarded to remote cluster or submitted directly in the remote cluster, but we cannot kill the jobs if they are submitted directly in the remote cluster.


We need this flexibility and it is important for cloud bursting using MC.

    This is a tricky one as it would change the basic security model -- you can only operate on a job that is in, or came from that cluster.
    As mentioned in the support ticket, the web service approach uses a different model and can operate on any job you own.

    We may consider this at a later date, but our main focus going forward will be the web service approach.
