allow bresize request on job using affinity string.

due to AMD Zen arch processor, we plan to use affinity string for all jobs to force job processes to run into the smallest number of ccd, to improve performance.

but bresize increase command refuse to work when an affinity string is present in the job resource string.

can you do the necessary to allow this mandatory feature for our LSF usage ?

    We plan to add direct support for CCD as part of the topology/affinity specification, likely in the 1H of 2026.

    Supporting affinity as part of a bresize would be complex, especially with respect to enforcing a new topology to an existing job.
    We may consider this in the future depending on community feedback,
