Enable RTM to honour usergroup permissions so that a user can control all jobs via RTM that they can via LSF

We have configured many of our usergroups to be their own admin, which means that any member of that usergroup can manage any job submitted by any user via that usergroup. However, in RTM Grid->Job Info ->Details page the user can only control/manage their own jobs.

We would like RTM to honour the same privileges as LSF does and allow any user to control/manage any job running in the usegroup that the user is a member of and where that usergroup is its own admin.

This RFE has been open for a long time and is not in plan to be delivered in the foreseeable future. If there is still broad interest in this RFE it can be resubmitted.

RTM's focus is cluster operations with the principal user persona being the cluster admin rather than end users.

The functionality you are requesting is supported in PAC.

We may add it to RTM at a future date, but it is not a priority at this time.
