the CLI of egosh resource reclaim does not work for LSF workload

    I agree that "egosh resource close -reclaim" should be an atomic action and work for any consumer. This is effectively a limitation in that version of EGO.

    With Symphony 7.1 & ASC, you can now define the steps/checks that should be taken when reclaiming a node.

    Thus the badmin hclose/brequeue/badmin hopen can be encapsulated there, resulting in you being about to just do "egosh resource close - reclaim"
