This would require a significant change to the internal state machine. We have no plans to make such changes in the foreseeable future.
This is effectively requires a major change in the internal state machine. "closed_Adm" is an "available" state - the host is reachable by LSF daemons. such a change would be highly intrusive and change many other behaviors around re-queueing of jobs due to job/host failures.
It is unlikely that we would implement such a change outside a major release. We may re-consider this RFE during planning for the next major release.
