The second workaround suggested to restart plc on every Monday, will not be suitable because the data is time based and restarting plc on Monday will load data twice i.e one on Monday and then again on Thursday. We want to load the data weekly once. So it is not suitable as workaround for us.
In the current design, the script loader runs weekly based on the time that it was started. So if you start it originally on a Thursday, then it will run again on the following Thursday.
The simplest solution would be to restart the loader on a monday to have it run every monday.
Changing the logic of the script loader is not currently in plan, and would be something we could only consider in the next major release.
