LSF/GSLA LOAN policies distribution option

When configuring loan policy to allow other queues (q1, q2,...) to use these resources that are not needed immediately for guarantees, we want those resources to be distributed as follow

[q1 xx% , q2 yy% , q3 zz%, ...] .

LSF don't support this syntax.

Right now , LSF supports this
Begin GuaranteedResourcePool
NAME = myPool
DISTRIBUTION = [myServiceClass, 100]
LOAN_POLICIES = QUEUES[short long] RETAIN[50]
End GuaranteedResourcePool

What we need is as follow :
Begin GuaranteedResourcePool
NAME = myPool
DISTRIBUTION = [myServiceClass, 100]
LOAN_POLICIES = QUEUES[customerA 20% , customerB 30%, customerC 10%] RETAIN[60] <== we like the retain value 60 must be shared between the queue customerA (20%) and the queue customerB (30%) and queue customberC (10%)
End GuaranteedResourcePool
