Include all hostgroups in utilization metrics of Platform Analytics for LSF

I want to survey utilization metrics for the
various hosts in our cluster based on the hostgroup. Most of the hostgroups do not appear in the views. We have
a lot of hostgroups and many are nested (groups that contain other groups).

There are several views that allow you to
select hostgroup(s) with a hostgroup drop-down menu but only some hostgroups are visible.

We have had some discussion with Tony Tang (ttang@ca.ibm.com) and Michael Fish (michaelfish@uk.ibm.com) regarding this request. The latest email from Tony says:
------------
I have confirmed with Dev that currently, the host is not stored like
what Mike said as multi-level. Thus, it is not stored like
host1/host2/host3->hostGroup2, ie, not fully expanded. Currently, the data for hostGroup2 will only contain host3 and hostGroup1 and hostGroup1 will have two entries, one for host1 and another for host2.
Currently, what Mike suggested can work. We'll need to investigate how to change the loader to log the full list for each group. Could you log a RFE for this? Meanwhile, I think an alternative based on Mike suggestion is to parse the bmgroup output which can fully expand to each host for each group through a script loader. But this also need some investigation.

Hi Yemi,
I suggest we have a short call to iron this out and confirm a way forward. Do you have a free 30 minutes this morning?
