LSF Reservations by Host count

Please allow users to request a host count for a reservation. This would be a certain number of hosts out of a existing LSF node group or nodes assigned to a certain queue. This will avoid the issue where a reservation fails due to a node failure even though there are plenty of other healthy nodes in the cluster to run the job.

    Reservations can be created by the number of slots or the number of hosts
    brsvadd [-o] [-d "description"] [-N reservation_name] {[-unit slot] -n job_slots | -unit host -n number_hosts}
