Improve speed of sourcing for LSF environment

There's ways to reduce the time of sourcing for LSF environment.

If we use "grep -F" in the cshrc.lsf, it may give some performance gain.
Exactly line 181
set LIBC_SO=`ldconfig -p | grep libc.so.6 | sed 's/.*=>//'`

This may depends on the load of the server at that time.
But one thing for sure, if it takes about 1 second plus to source this file when using "grep" on the client host, it would really help all of us.

cshrc1.lsf (with timing, and using "grep")
cshrc2.lsf (with timing, and using "grep -F")
